The Council of American Overseas Research Centers (CAORC) and its member centers are committed to commemorating and celebrating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. As a network of 25 Overseas Research Centers (ORCs) dedicated to supporting American scholars around the world, CAORC is uniquely positioned to honor this historic milestone internationally and recognize the United States' role as a global leader in innovation, diplomacy, and freedom.​
