The Center for Khmer Studies has recently released a new edition of its journal: “Siksacakr: The Journal of the Center for Khmer Studies”. This journal, edited by Michel Rethy Antelme, examines the history surrounding Cambodian Buddhism. Normally overlooked, Buddhism in Cambodia has a large impact on the culture with notable Buddhist scholars such as Francois Bizot and Olivier de Bernon. “Siksacakr #8/9” otherwise known as “The Wheel of Knowledge” discusses these issues in English, French and Khmer, making it the first trilingual international Bulletin discussing Khmer Studies.
