On February 27, 2007, Dr. Tom Davis, the Director of the Cyprus American Archaeological Research Institute (CAARI) in Nicosia, Cyprus, spoke at a US embassy “brown bag lunch” in Nicosia. Dr. Davis spoke about CAARI and the multi-faceted role the center plays in Cyprus. Most of the embassy head of sections were present and a lively discussion ensued. Dr. Davis was invited to speak again in the near future.
