Turkish Cypriot students are currently using the library of The Cyprus American Archaeological Research Institute (CAARI). The students are crossing the inter-communal borderline (“The Green Line”) during their school break, to take advantage of CAARI’s significant research collection. Greek Cypriot scholars and students have always had access to the CAARI library, in light of its location in Nicosia. In keeping with American diplomatic goals, CAARI is open to all communities on Cyprus.
